The were some very exciting contests at the Clare Primary Schools hurling and camogie finals in Cusack Park, Ennis on Tuesday and Wednesday. The competition is sponsored by The Clare Champion.
For the children, it was a great experience to play in the county grounds, and many spoke of their wish to play there for their clubs in the future.
Pupils from all of the schools were there to lend support, along with parents and family members.
St Conaire’s, Shannon co-ordinated this year’s programme and will continue to due so for the next two year.
The school’s former principal, John O’Byrne was the MC, announcing the schedule for games and the results.
