A scare at boudoir time in Brogan’s

Car Tourismo Banner

HALLOWE’EN night sees the return of the Boudoir Sessions to Brogan’s in Ennis, where ghosts and ghouls will be transported back to the early mid 20th century.

The event which takes place this Saturday at 10pm upstairs in Brogan’s on O’Connell Street, will see the Boudoir Boys take to the stage where those in attendance can expect swing, bluegrass, early rock n roll, and some Caribbean calypso.
With styling by Celeste Barnard, the venue will have a vintage and boudoir look and feel, which will include all the trimmings such as a vintage photo booth.
Miss Guided and Little Miss Match will sway and serenade the crowd, with a piano, accordion and chanteuse set. While, projectionist Paul will reel off zany black and white movies, with a Hallowe’en twist.
For the first time at one of these sessions, Gypsy fiddle player Aranos will perform. This very versatile entertainer comes complete with beats, effects, and an always engaging, quirky and occasionally macabre set.
As ever, those who come to the show are part of the show.
Tickets available at the door from 10pm. For more, see myspace.com/boudoirsessions.
