OWNER of the best known voices in the country after decades of presenting a Radio One show, a young version of Ronan Collins was an accomplished musician.
Music was always his passion, and he is bringing a new show ‘Showband Hits and Stories’ to glór on November 30.
Speaking to the Clare Champion, Ronan said that music was his first career, and he played with a lot of the biggest Irish stars of the 70s.
“When I finished school I became a musician, much to my mother’s disgust that I never had a proper job during the 70s,” he said.
