Gardaí have issued an appeal for any information concerning the whereabouts of David McMahon, 8 Abhain Sleibhe, Lissycasey, who has been missing from his home since Friday last. David is 33 years of age, 5’11” in height and of medium build.
His wife and family and very concerned for his well being and are eager to locate him. This is completely out of character for him. There has been no contact from him and he is not answering his phone. He left the family home in his own car which has since being found in Kilkee.
Searches have being ongoing by the emergency services and volunteers in Kilkee, and will resume again today, weather permitting for water side searches. A warning has been issued to those participating in the search to mind themselves and to be aware of the dangers of searching near water or cliff edges.
