Munster debut for West Clare

West Clare Colleges will make their debut in the Munster Colleges Senior A Football Championship (Corn Uí Mhuirí) next Wednesday.
Both they and St Flannan’s, who received byes in the opening round, will begin their challenge for a place in the knock-out stages.
The West Clare side travel to Ballyagran to play De La Salle Macroom while St Flannan’s will make the journey to NewcastleWest to play against Coláiste na Sceilge and both games will be at 2.30pm.
Next week, St Flannan’s U-15A team will travel to Caherconlish to play Clonmel in the semi-final of the Corn Uí Mhorain. They beat St Brendan’s in the first round.
On Friday, November 12 they will play St Colman’s in the semi-final of the Dean Ryan Cup, Munster colleges junior A hurling in Feenagh.
In the Senior B Football Championship, St Caimin’s will travel to Mallow next Wednesday to play Carrigaline while, on the same day, St Anne’s, Killaloe will take on Castletroy in the Kinnane Cup in U-161/2 hurling.
