Áras na nGael fundraising concert

This Thursday, Galway Peoples’ Resource Centre will hold a fundraising concert in Club Áras na nGael on 45 Dominick Street.
The concert will start at 8pm. There will be a huge variety of music, singing and dancing including bellydance, set dancing and sean nós.
Singers will include Mary McPartlan. Also participating will be singers from the access music project with music provided by John Mulligan and his band. There will be traditional music from Jim Cotter and friends.

On Friday, resident DJ Mr Will Softly plays Club OA2 in Club Áras na nGael from 10pm.
For the month ahead, DJ Ben Ó Faoláin will be on the decks on May 7 and 21 at the venue and Nigel Woods and Will Softly will entertain on May 14.
Since arriving onto the club scene a few years ago, Club OA2, created by and hosted at Club Áras na nGael, has earned its reputation as one of the best world music nights in Galway.
