The group, who hail from Dublin, formed their band 23 years ago and have brought their tribute act to 60,000 people in the Phoenix Park as part of the welcome home for Ireland’s World Cup stars.

They are no strangers to recreating famous Beatles moments and have also performed on the roof of a Dublin radio station to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Beatles’ last performance on the Apple rooftop.

They have also hit six international Beatle Conventions in Liverpool and a number of celebrity weddings, including those of Sharon Corr, Ryan Tubridy and Sean Dunne.

This weekend marks a new direction for the group, who will bring their scripted show, involving eight costume changes, scene changes and their musical talents to Ennis audiences.

A spokesperson for the group said the band thoroughly enjoyed recreating the iconic image outside Dromoland Castle and paid tribute to the castle staff for facilitating it.
