Marian AC turkey trot

The 14th annual Ennis Urban District Council and Marian AC turkey trot, originally scheduled for St Stephen’s Day, will now take place from Waterpark House Drumbiggle on this Saturday, January 1, starting at 12 noon.

Competitors will start from Waterpark House Drumbiggle, and they will make their way up Drumbiggle and via Cahercalla Hospital and onto the Kilrush-Lissycasy Road before turning left onto Carmody Street and finishing back at Waterpark House.
This year’s event is sponsored by Ennis Town Council and Kieran Mc Dermott and three charities will benefit. They are the Canteen organisation that is for children with cancer, the RNLI and Help the Homeless.
Registration is free but all donations received on the day go towards the charities.
