Horse Takes Back The Reins With Kilmurry Ibrickane For 2019 Season

Aidan ‘Horse’ Moloney has been appointed as manager of Kilmurry Ibrickane for the 2019 season.

The 1992 Munster championship winner is back with his native club just 12 months after stepping down from the role.

He previously led the Bricks to the championship in 2016 and 2017, before making the switch to Cooraclare for a second stint there last year.

He also has the distinction of captaining the west Clare outfit to victory on two occasions in 1993 and 2002, while he won four titles with the club along with a Munster club title before hanging up his boots in 2005.

His backroom is yet to be finalised, as thoughts turn towards Kilmurry’s bid to win a ninth straight Cusack Cup title when the new season gets underway next month.
