GLÓR Theatre and Carrigoran Day Care Centre have joined forces to present what promises to be a night of great entertainment in Dromoland Castle on Friday, June 11 to benefit both organisations.

Alex Caouren, Katie Verling, Allen Flynn, Áine Ní Riain, John Hehir and Triona Moloney at the launch of the fundraiser for Carrigoran Day“The scene will be set when we start the evening’s entertainment with a drinks reception held in the magical walled garden. This will be followed by dinner in the castle and some high-quality entertainment, including a very special surprise act. Live music is by the eight-piece Superfly,” said Katie Verling, director of Glór.
She added, “Whether you are teacher marking end-of-term papers, you are celebrating a special birthday or anniversary, you are part of a social group such as a book club, or you just want to treat yourself to a memorable evening, – then this night is tailor-made for you.
“One thing we can definitely promise is that it will be a fun-packed evening’s entertainment that will put a smile on your face – all this and you will also be contributing to good local causes.”
Proceeds from the event will go to the Carrigoran Day Care Centre.
