St Flannan’s College celebrated their Munster and all-Ireland junior B camogie success at a function in the school last Thursday.
The All-Ireland medals were presented to the victorious panel by Clare hurling captain Brian O’Connell and Clare senior camogie star and Munster development officer Deirdre Murphy.
Brian and Deirdre paid tribute to the members of the panel who made history by bringing a first All-Ireland camogie title to St Flannan’s and wished them well in the years ahead. There was also praise for the team mentors, Damian Noonan and Laura Linnane.
The function was attended by the girls on the panel and members of their families.
