70 young stars to be honoured at awards ceremony

THE annual All-star Awards presentation night for Clare Community Games will take place on Friday, October 19 in the West County Hotel at 8pm.
Seventy children will receive awards on the night and tickets can be booked through county treasurer Rose Meakins. The following will be honoured on the night:

Keep Clare Clean Awareness Project

THE Keep Clare Clean Awareness Project is commencing now at area level. The entry can be a poem or a poster and the age categories are U-6, U-8, U-10 and U-14. There is also a special category.

Area AGMs
ALL areas should now be making arrangements to hold their annual general meetings in preparation for the coming season. The county AGM will be held on Tuesday, November 6 in the West County Hotel, Ennis.
