By Seamus Hayes Scariff 2-13 Broadford 2-13 A point by Diarmuid Nash, his ninth of the evening, earned Scariff a share of the spoils with their neighbours Broadford in this round 2 senior hurling championship tie played at Cusack Park on Friday evening. At the end of a poor first half played in front of a small attendance, Scariff held a four point advantage, 0-8 to 0-4. They increased the lead to five at the start of the second half but then, in the space of four minutes Broadford hit 1-3 without reply to take the lead. In the space of a minute at the mid point of the half, Scariff had goals from John Scanlan and Cian Foley to open a five point lead and they looked to be on the way to victory at this stage of the game.
