McNamara exceeds core Labour vote

Michael McNamara’s PR agent Caimin Jones has said he is not surprised by the remarkable performance of the first-time Labour candidate. He said Mr McNamara had worked well during the campaign and engaged with the electorate across the county. He added that the candidate far exceeded the core Labour vote of between 1,500 to 2,000 first preferences.
