HERMITAGE were convincing winners over Corofin A in this first-division league tie on Sunday. The winners led 3-0 at half-time and went on to retain the upperhand in the second half. In the second half, the winners added goals from Paul Dullaghan, Eddie Killeen and Miquel Diaz.

Mountshannon Celtic 3  Turnpike Rovers 2

MOUNTSHANNON Celtic raced into a two-goal lead with scores from Arthur Burzynski and Michael Scanlan before the Pike pulled one back through James Keane. The home side restored their two-goal advantage when Cathal Moloney scored but Keane had another for the Pike. However, try as they did, they were unable to get back on terms and Mountshannon deservingly captured the points.

AVENUE United B and Kilrush Rangers shared the spoils in this tie on Sunday. The home side had the upperhand in the first half and they took the lead when Willie Delaney scored. This goal separated the sides at half-time.
Midway through the second half David Tubridy struck for an equaliser for the West Clare side. Both teams had chances to win the game in the closing stages.
