Coole had a comprehensive home win over Bunratty on Sunday.

Kyle McCarthy scored a hat trick, Stephen Quinn and Jason Donovan also scored, while they benefited from a Bunratty B own goal.

Cooraclare had a comprehensive home win on Sunday. Both Paul Murphy and Conor O’Brien had two goals each, with the others coming from Thomas Green, Barry Lynch, Sean Bermingham and Stephen Sweeney. Hermitage’s goals came from Anthony Keane and Stephen McMillan.

A Clinton Keane penalty as well as goals from Jason Carew and Cathal Keane gave the ’Tage’s B team victory on Sunday.

Brothers Jason and Jamie Russell did the damage in West Clare’s defeat of St Pat’s last Sunday. Jason recorded a hat trick while Jamie had the other goal, as West Clare cruised to victory.

A controversial penalty towards the end of the game gave Rineanna Rovers the edge on Sunday.
With the score tied at 2-2, Brian Keogh was sent off when he reacted to a Rineanna player, while the Newmarket side were also given a penalty which David Barrett converted. Rineanna’s other goals both came from free kicks, one by Barrett and the other by Declan O’Mahony. On target for the Clarecastle side were Mickey Malone and Sean Travers.
