Body recovered at Cliffs of Moher

A body has been recovered from the base of the Cliffs of Moher, during a search for a missing woman.

A search was launched late on Saturday night for a missing tourist believed to be in her 40s. The body was recovered on Sunday afternoon and was taken to University Hospital Limerick for formal identification and post mortem.
