Remembering Enid O’Loughlin

The O’Loughlin Family in conjunction with the St Joseph’s Doora-Barefield Camogie Club will hold a tournament in memory of the late Enid O’Loughlin on Saturday, September 26, in Gurteen.

This remembrance celebration of Enid O’Loughlin is to mark her 21st birthday with family, friends and playing colleagues, past and present. Enid played in goal at all underage levels for the club and she was captain when the club won the Minor B Championship in 2005. She won her first medal at U-14C in 2001 when they defeated Bodyke in Cusack Park. She was a member of the Clare U-16 panel which captured the Munster title along with clubmates Erinn Hennessy and Róisín Kennedy.
Taking part in the tournament are the St Joseph’s intermediate team, Whitegate intermediate team, Clare minor team 2009 and the Clare U-16 team 2004. The St Joseph’s U-12 team will play Kilmaley on the day.
