Tuesday April 21st

Breakfast 7:15

Two slices of Be Good bread with a banana and a green tea.

Mid morning 10:00

A green tea and a yoghurt.

Lunch 12:45

A tuna wrap with a side salad and an orange with a glass of water.

Dinner 17:30

Home made chicken curry with loads of vegetables and wholemeal rice and a pint of water.

Snack 20:00

A green tea and a Weightwatchers bar.

Wednesday March 22nd

Breakfast 7:15

Two crumpets with a teaspoon of Weightwatchers jam and a green tea.

Mid morning 12:00

A coffee and two Weightwatchers ginger cookies.

Lunch 14:00

A chicken salad wrap and side salad with a glass of water.

Dinner 18:00

A baked potato with tuna and corn with side salad and a pint of water.

Snack 20:00

A green tea.

Thursday April 23rd

Breakfast 7:15

Two poached eggs on two crumpets and a green tea.

Mid morning 10:30

A coffee with a pear and an orange.

Lunch 13:30

A salad with ham, lettuce, onion, beetroot, cucumber and corn with a green tea.

Dinner 18:00

A chicken curry with rice and a diet coke.

Friday April 24th

Breakfast 7:15

30g of porridge with skimmed milk and water with a green tea.

Mid morning 10:30

A pear and Weightwatchers bar and a green tea.

Lunch 14:00

A tossed chicken salad with loads of vegetables and a slice of soda bread with a diet coke.

Dinner 18:00

Home made steak burger on a slim bagel with salad and a glass of water.

Snack 20:00

A green tea and yoghurt.

Saturday April 25th

Breakfast 9:15

A Vegetable omelette and a coffee.

Mid morning 12:00

A banana and a yoghurt.

Lunch 13:00

A bowl of chicken and mushroom soup with a slice of soda bread and a diet coke.

Dinner 17:30

A Vegetable stir fry with noodles and a glass of water.

Snack 20:00

A green tea.

Sunday April 26th

Breakfast 8:00

30g of porridge with skimmed milk and water with a green tea.

Mid morning 11:30

A pear and a glass of water.

Dinner 14:00

Two baby potatoes with vegetables and a breast of chicken done in soy sauce and a glass of water.

Tea 18:00

Two slices of Be Good bread with ham, lettuce, onion and beetroot with a glass of water.

Snack 20:00

A green tea.

Monday April 27th

Breakfast 7:15

30g of porridge with skimmed milk and water with a green tea.

Mid morning 10:30

Two mandarins and a yoghurt with a green tea.

Lunch 13:00

Two slim bagels toasted with banana and a fruit salad with a glass of water.

Dinner 19:00

A fillet steak with steamed vegetables and baby potatoes and a diet coke.

Walking: 4 hours
Dancing: 1 hour
Activity Points: 18
