Two Clare hotels, the Kilkee Bay Hotel and The Ashford Court Hotel in Ennis, are listed for sale in the latest distressed property auction.
The 41-bed Kilkee Bay Hotel has been priced at €315,000 while The Ashford Court Hotel, a boutique hotel on the Old Mill Road, carries a reserve price of €215,00. Both properties are included in the Allsops auction listed for Friday, March 1 in Dublin.
The Kilkee Bay Hotel forms a two-storey property. The bar, kitchens and function room are all situated within one wing of the ground floor while the bedrooms are situated on a separate wing of the ground floor and across the first floor.
The Ashford Court Hotel comprises a building arranged over ground and three upper floors. The property is arranged to provide 27 bedrooms together with restaurant, bar area and ancillary accommodation.
Meanwhile, a four-bedroom detached house, No 2 Harbour View in Mountshannon, which requires internal works of completion, is also set to go under the hammer at the same Dublin auction. It has a reserve price of €125,000.
