Gardaí search 20 Limerick homes

As part of an ongoing operation targeting criminal activity in the Limerick City area gardaí searched up to 20 houses in the city early this morning.

One man in his 20s has been arrested in connection with this investigation and is currently detained at Roxboro Road Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 – Criminal Justice Act 1984.

A number of items including mobile phones, laptops were seized during this operation.

Investigations are continuing.
